Burtons Family of Companies (“Burtons”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Burtons Family of Companies includes, but is not limited to, Burtons of Maidstone, Burtons Medical Equipment, Burtons Manufacturing Company, Burtons Vehicle Systems and Burtons Aquatics Systems.

However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access appears to be unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances.
